Courteney is a licensed psychotherapist and has experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and overall life transitions.

She also specializes in maternal mental health - she is a perinatal mental health certified clinician and has a passion for helping Moms as they transition into motherhood and beyond. She also is an EMDR therapist, which can help with trauma and high stress life events or time periods.

Courteney uses a mix of CBT and strength-based approaches, tailoring therapy to the specific needs and goals of the individual client. Her approach is empathetic yet challenging, working together with clients to cultivate the skills and mindset to help navigate difficult times.
