Courteney Longo, LPC

Courteney is a licensed psychotherapist and has experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and overall life transitions.

She uses a mix of CBT and strength-based approaches, tailoring therapy to the specific needs and goals of the individual client. Her approach is empathetic yet challenging, working together with clients to cultivate the skills and mindset to help navigate difficult times.

Courteney also specializes in maternal mental health - she is a perinatal mental health certified clinician (PMH-C) and has a passion for helping Moms as they transition into motherhood and beyond.

She also believes in the importance of the therapeutic relationship - providing safety, trust, and comfortability where clients can be their most vulnerable is critical for success.
