Do you accept insurance?

I am currently credentialed with BCBS WY and can submit directly to them on your behalf.

If your insurance company offers out of network benefits, you may be able to receive reimbursement for sessions. As each will plan will be different, please connect with your insurance provider for your specific “out of network benefit” policies. I am able to provide a superbill each month, which you can use to file a claim with your insurance carrier.

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment for the calendar week. I understand that sometimes things come up, and there is a one-time policy where the cancellation fee will not be charged. After that if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. Please note that insurance companies consider this charge to be entirely the client's responsibility.
